Painters & Decorators | Leicestershire | £24.00 Per Hour | 37 Hours Per Week | Long-Term Contract
We're currently recruiting for experienced Painters & Decorators to join a well-established housing provider working across Leicestershire. Working within the Planned Works Team, you'll be carrying out internal and external decorating works within occupied social housing properties.
The Role
- Internal and external painting and decorating
- Preparation of surfaces including filling, sanding and making good
- Emulsion and gloss work to walls, ceilings, woodwork and doors
- Completing refurbishment and planned maintenance works
- Working in occupied residential properties
- Delivering high standards of workmanship and customer service
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Painter & Decorator
- Experience within social housing, planned works or residential maintenance preferred
- Own transport
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
