• Carrying out internal and external painting and decorating works
• Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming
• Treatment and prevention of damp and mould issues
• Working within occupied and vacant social housing properties
• Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and in line with health & safety regulations
• Providing excellent customer service when working in residents’ homes

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Painter & Decorator (essential)
• Experience working within social housing or local authority environments preferred
• Knowledge or experience of damp and mould treatment desirable
• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
