We’re currently looking for a skilled

To join a property maintenance team in the
Vale of Glamorgan. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tradesperson to work on a variety of residential and commercial properties.

To join a property maintenance team in the
Vale of Glamorgan. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified tradesperson to work on a variety of residential and commercial properties.
️ Key Responsibilities:
- Interior and exterior painting and decorating
- Surface preparation, filling, sanding, and finishing
- Working to high standards on occupied and void properties
- Ensuring all work complies with health and safety regulations
✅ Requirements:
- NVQ Level 2 in Painting and Decorating (or equivalent)
- Previous experience in property maintenance or similar roles
- Own tools and PPE
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
Location:
- Vale of Glamorgan – property maintenance across multiple sites
Pay & Benefits:
- £19.00 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Ongoing work for the right candidate
