We are seeking a skilled and experienced Painter/Decorator to join our team on a long-term temporary basis. The successful candidate will work on vacant/void properties in the Vale of Glamorgan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Painting and decorating vacant properties to a high standard.
- Wallpapering and other decorative finishes.
- Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to the satisfaction of clients.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements:
- Proven experience working on vacant properties.
- Proficiency in wallpapering and other decorative techniques.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual.
