Your new company
My client is looking to support the Principal's Executive Assistant and the CIO of a family investment company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Your new role
- Answer and direct calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Arrange travel and book accommodation, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organisation.
- Prepare memos, letters, invoices, statements, and other documents as needed.
- Maintain and monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of discretion and confidentiality.
