Your new company
My client is looking to support the Principal's Executive Assistant and the CIO of a family investment company. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Your new role

  • Answer and direct calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
  • Arrange travel and book accommodation, ensuring all logistics are handled smoothly.
  • Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, and office organisation.
  • Prepare memos, letters, invoices, statements, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain and monitor budgets and expenses, ensuring accurate record-keeping and reporting.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in an administrative or support role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
