Harley Street, London (Hybrid: 1–2 days office-based, remainder remote) Hours:
20 hours per week, spread across 5 days (flexible working hours) Salary:
£40,000 – £45,000 per annum (pro rata)

Are you an experienced and highly organised Personal Assistant looking for a flexible, part-time opportunity in a prestigious clinical setting?
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established private clinic based in London’s renowned Harley Street. This is a fantastic opportunity for a professional PA who thrives in a discreet, high-end environment and is confident about managing day-to-day administrative operations with minimal supervision.


The Role
This hybrid position requires a presence in the clinic 1–2 days per week, with the flexibility to work remotely for the remaining hours. You’ll be responsible for managing the clinic’s inbox, supporting the clinic director, and ensuring smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing and responding to clinic emails with professionalism and efficiency
  • Diary and appointment management
  • General administrative support to the clinic director and team
  • Liaising with patients, suppliers, and external contacts
  • Maintaining accurate records and handling confidential information
  • Supporting with document preparation and ad hoc tasks

Ideal Candidate
  • Proven experience in a PA or senior administrative role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Tech-savvy and confident using Microsoft Office and email platforms
  • Able to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus, but not essential
  • Discreet, professional, and reliable
