Your new company
An exciting opportunity has arisen to join a friendly business on a temporary basis. They are seeking a capable individual who can work onsite and assist with various administrative and organisational tasks, including diary management for their CEO, Deputy CEO, and other Directors as required. You will be working as a part of the Central Service Team - circa 60Your new role
The ideal candidate would be proactive, organised, and capable of managing complex diaries and handling a variety of tasks with minimal supervision. Given the senior-level diary management involved, they are looking for someone with excellent attention to detail, reliability, and strong communication skills.
You will ideally have experience working at PA level and supporting a leadership team.Experience of all MS packages, particularly Excel.
Duties include
- Handling and responding to all correspondence, including phone calls, emails and letters
- Scheduling appointments and organising diary entries
- Setting reminders for meetings, appointments and other important tasks
- Taking notes at meetings, preparing the minutes and subsequently distributing them to all participants
- Liaising with other members of staff and external parties
- Maintaining a filing system
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced PA and have excellent organisation skills. You will be a team player who is able to prioritise a busy workload.What you'll get in return
This is ideally a full-time role - Monday to Friday 35 hours a week.Flexible start and finish times
Fully office based
£17.30 per hour
