Personal Assistant | 6 month FTC | Glasgow | Salary up to £33,000

You will be joining a well-established, privately owned UK professional services firm specialising in pensions and advisory services. Your new role

As a Personal Assistant on a 6-month fixed-term contract based in Glasgow, you will provide high-level support to senior stakeholders, including Directors. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day operations by managing diaries, coordinating meetings, and supporting wider business activities.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Proactive diary and inbox management for senior stakeholders
  • Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and collating materials
  • Organising travel, accommodation, and itineraries
  • Supporting board and senior-level meetings, including minute-taking and action tracking
  • Preparing and proofreading documents and presentations
  • Building strong relationships with internal stakeholders
  • Supporting office coordination and administrative processes
  • Collaborating with the wider Business Support team to ensure consistency and efficiency

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a Personal Assistant or senior administrative role, ideally within a professional services environment
  • Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing competing priorities
  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and resolve issues
  • Confident user of Microsoft Office and other systems
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships
  • A collaborative mindset with the ability to work within structured processes
  • A professional, reliable, and adaptable approach
