We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Multi-Trade Operative to join our well-established team, working across void and tenanted social housing properties on behalf of a local council, covering Worcester, Evesham & Great Malvern.
Key Details:
- Hours: Weekdays, 8 hours per week, 40 hr a week
- Contract: 2-year contract
- Location: Multiple sites across Worcestershire
- Company van provided or use your own van with fuel expenses covered
- Pay: £21.21 – £25 per hour (dependent on experience and other variables)
️ Responsibilities:
- Installation and fitting of bathroom & kitchen suites in both void and tenanted properties, assisting other team members with the preparation and finishing of the jobs.
- Ensuring high standards of quality construction and customer care
- Working independently across multiple sites
- Adhering to health and safety regulations and company policies
✅Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 qualification in a core trade with relevant references
- Proven experience in multi-trade work
- Experience working in social housing is highly desirable.
- Ability to work efficiently and respectfully in tenanted homes
- Full UK driving licence
