Site Manager - Civils/Groundworks

Their work includes site preparation, excavation, sheet piling, drainage, ducting, and concrete work.

Your new role:

They are seeking a motivated and experienced Site Manager with a strong background in civil engineering, or a Site Engineer ready to advance into a management role. This position is perfect for someone passionate about delivering high-quality projects on time and to the highest standards. As a Site Manager, you will be pivotal in overseeing site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency throughout all project stages. This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented individual ready to lead on-site teams and deliver exceptional results for a company committed to quality and program excellence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage on-site operations, ensuring alignment with project timelines and quality standards.
  • Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth, efficient, and safe site activities.
  • Overseeing all aspects of health, safety, and compliance on-site, fostering a proactive safety culture.
  • Provide technical expertise and hands-on guidance, leveraging a strong foundation in civil engineering.
  • Contribute to project planning, problem-solving, and troubleshooting to minimise delays and optimise workflows.

What you'll need to succeed :

  • Minimum 6+ Years Management experience within Civil/ Groundworks
