Permanent Operations Manager

This organisation is a strategic and hands-on Operations Manager to lead a team and support with their customer journey.
Your new role
Your responsibilities include:- Leading daily stand-ups and managing a team
 - Overseeing the full end-to-end customer journey
 - Identifying and implementing process improvements
 - Ensuring regulatory compliance and scripts are FCA compliant
 - Monitoring team performance and producing regular reports
 - Spotting trends
 - Meeting with auditors
 - Collaborating across departments to enhance operational efficiency
 - Other ad-hoc duties required
 
What you'll need to succeed
- A strong background in an insurance or regulated environment, ideally personal lines insurance
 - Proven experience in a managerial or operational leadership role
 - A track record of improving processes and driving performance
 - Strong analytical and reporting skills
 - Clear communication, adaptability, and a proactive mindset
