The successful candidate will be responsible for leading manufacturing teams, delivering world-class operational performance, and implementing strategies that enhance safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost efficiency. Your new role


Provide strategic and operational leadership across manufacturing operations.
Lead, coach, and develop high-performing production and operational teams.
Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the facility.
Ensure manufacturing targets are consistently achieved across safety, quality, cost, and delivery metrics.
Identify and implement process improvements to maximise productivity and efficiency.
Lead change management initiatives and support business growth objectives.
Monitor operational KPIs and use data to drive performance improvements.
Collaborate closely with engineering, supply chain, procurement, and senior leadership teams.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, environmental, and quality standards.
Manage operational budgets and resources effectively.
Develop succession plans and create a culture of accountability, engagement, and continuous development.


What you'll need to succeed


Proven experience in an Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Production Manager, or similar senior manufacturing leadership role.
Strong track record of leading and developing successful manufacturing teams.
Demonstrable experience driving Lean Manufacturing, Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, or Six Sigma initiatives.
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Commercially astute with strong budgetary and operational management experience.
Data-driven approach with excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
Ability to lead change and deliver results within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or Business-related qualifications are desirable, although substantial industry experience will also be considered.
