Join a growing Marketing agency as their first ever Digital Marketing Executive

Your new company

Join a fast-growing performance marketing agency that partners with ambitious brands to deliver high-quality digital advertising and marketing support. This founder-led business is scaling rapidly and is looking for its first long-term hire to play a pivotal role in shaping the agency’s future. Based in a creative coworking space in North London, you’ll work closely with the leadership team and gain exposure to a variety of marketing activities across multiple industries.

Your new role

This is an all-encompassing digital marketing role where you’ll take ownership of paid advertising campaigns and broader marketing activities. Your core responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and optimising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads (Meta Ads experience is essential – do not apply unless you have this).
  • Setting up and maintaining tracking (pixels, tags, events) and reporting on performance.
  • Supporting marketing execution across email, landing pages, branding, and ad creative.
  • Writing engaging copy for ads, emails, and websites.
  • Collaborating with the founders on client delivery and agency growth initiatives.

This role starts part-time (20 hours per week) with the intention to grow into a full-time position as the agency scales.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven hands-on experience running Meta Ads campaigns (essential).
  • Experience with Google Ads and understanding of tracking and analytics.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • A proactive, collaborative attitude and willingness to take initiative.
  • Nice to have: Email marketing, SEO basics, Canva, and agency experience.

What you'll get in return

  • Real career progression: start part-time and grow into a key full-time role.
  • Autonomy and creative freedom to shape campaigns and processes.
  • A supportive, collaborative culture in a creative coworking space.
  • Competitive hourly rate plus benefits.
  • Opportunity to work across diverse industries and marketing challenges.
