Your New Company
A leading organisation within the manufacturing industry, dedicated to creating innovative, energy‑efficient products used by customers worldwide. The business is research‑driven, growing rapidly, and focused on developing market‑leading technology with exceptional customer experience at its core. You’ll be joining a passionate, collaborative team with ambitious global plans.

Your New Role
As the Amazon Marketplace Manager, you will take full ownership of the UK marketplace operation, managing the end‑to‑end performance of Amazon channels. This is a hands‑on and commercially focused role where you'll oversee account operations, SEO, PPC, pricing, promotions, listing optimisation and marketplace strategy. You’ll build scalable processes, improve profitability, and identify growth opportunities across both current and future markets.

Your responsibilities will include managing Seller Central/Vendor Central, improving organic visibility, optimising listings, running Amazon PPC campaigns, forecasting demand, leading promotional activity, monitoring account health, and conducting competitor analysis. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, Ops, and Customer Support to continually enhance marketplace performance.

What You Will Need to Succeed
  • 2+ years’ hands‑on experience managing Amazon Seller/Vendor Central
  • Strong knowledge of Amazon SEO, advertising, and marketplace performance levers
  • Commercially sharp mindset, comfortable analysing ROI, margin and forecasting
  • Ability to manage pricing, promotions and the Buy Box strategically
  • Excellent organisation skills and an autonomous, self‑starter approach
  • Strong attention to detail and confident written/verbal communication
  • Bonus: Experience with technical, home, or building products; international marketplace experience

What You Will Get in Return
You’ll receive a competitive salary up to £55,000, depending on experience, along with strong opportunities for progression based on performance. Additional benefits include private healthcare, regular social events, and the chance to work within a supportive, high‑energy team. You’ll have the freedom to shape the marketplace function, make a significant impact, and contribute to a company that values innovation and continuous improvement.
