Your new role

As a Delivery Owner, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of software products that support customer care and order-to-cash processes. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams including delivery leads, scrum teams, architects, support, and business stakeholders to shape and refine complex product requirements. Your role will be key in translating business needs into actionable delivery plans, ensuring transparency, agility, and quality throughout the lifecycle.

• Product Delivery & Ownership: Manage the end-to-end delivery of shippable products, prioritising the product backlog and ensuring all features meet readiness and completion standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with business partners and product owners to incorporate feedback and adapt to evolving needs, maintaining alignment with stakeholders.
• Agile Delivery Management: Lead agile routines such as sprint planning and backlog refinement, resolve delivery impediments, and monitor KPIs to ensure timely, high-quality outcomes.
• Testing & Support: Coordinate test preparation and execution, and provide advanced support for applications within your domain.

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience in agile delivery and backlog management.
• Experience with shippable software products.
• Strong critical thinking and influencing skills.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into clear delivery plans.
• Familiarity with enterprise systems/platforms and integrating software.
• Excellent communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
