Administrative Assistant

Location: Swindon (Hybrid: 4 days in the office, 1 day remote)
Job Type: Full-Time, Temporary (6 months initially)
Rate: £13 per hour

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly organised and efficient Administrator to join our clients on a temporary basis for an initial period of 6 months. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain office systems, including data management and filing.
  • Handle emails and other communications.
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, data entry.
  • Assist with project coordination and management.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities.
