My client is a well-established company known for its commitment to excellence and innovation. They are looking for a Junior Admin/Office Assistant to join their supportive and dynamic team.
Your new role
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and document management.
- Support the management team with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Handle incoming phone calls and manage the office inbox, directing inquiries to the appropriate team members.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring everything is well-stocked and in working order.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
- Help organise and coordinate in-house and off-site events and meetings.
- Support HR with onboarding new hires and maintaining employee records.
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, such as tracking expenses and processing invoices.
- Provide general support to visitors and assist with front desk duties as needed.
What you'll need to succeed
- Some (Ideally 1-3 years) experience in an administrative support role or a related field.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
