Are you an experienced Office Administrator looking for your next challenge in a dynamic and supportive environment? We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented individual to join our client's team in West Hull, providing essential administrative support across our operations.
Your new role
As a key member of our administrative team, you’ll:
- Manage day-to-day office operations and clerical tasks
- Accurately input and manage data to tight deadlines
- Support our Forwarding, Haulage, and PC Support teams with a variety of admin tasks.
- Prepare and format reports and documentation
- Handle incoming calls with professionalism and excellent customer service
What you'll need to succeed
We’re seeking someone who brings:
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and SAGE (essential)
- Proven experience in an administrative or office support role
- Excellent communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner
- A team player attitude with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
Desirable Experience
- Previous experience in the logistics, haulage, or agricultural industries would be a distinct advantage.
