Office Administrator - Full-Time - Permanent - Knowsley - £24,141

Your new company
A leading multidisciplined supplier of high-specification services to the UK industry. Due to continued expansion, they are seeking an experienced Office Administrator to facilitate the smooth running of their Northwest site. They are looking for a highly motivated, organised, and detail-oriented individual to join our supportive organisation.

Your new role

Salary of £24,141
Monday to Friday: 9:00am – 17:00pm

  • Liaising with suppliers via email and telephone.
  • Assisting with the production of quotations using Microsoft 365.
  • Producing order acknowledgement letters.
  • HR administration; supporting recruitment, updating staff files and training records.
  • Obtaining quotes for training courses and arranging bookings.
  • Assisting with administration relating to ISO standards and keeping the maintenance register up to date.
  • Providing ad hoc support to the Contracts Manager and Finance Manager / Accounts Manager.
  • Providing secretarial services for Directors.
  • Arranging travel and accommodation for staff when required.
  • Managing the filing, storage, and security of documents.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 with strong Excel skills.
  • Ability to show initiative and propose solutions to issues identified.
  • Ability to work unsupervised to tight deadlines.
  • Effective team player when working with colleagues across the group to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
