This local professional service organisation is looking to hire a permanent executive assistant.
Your new company
This organisation is currently going through a period of growth. With offices based in Antirm and Manchester, you will help contribute to the company's growth.Your new role
Your key responsibilities will consist of the following:
- Calendar management, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments for the company team
- Preparing and editing correspondences, communication, presentations and other documents
- Travel arrangement, including booking flights, accommodation and transport
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Order office supplies, manage relationships with vendors and liaise with building management
- Management of office environment
- Organise the company's events and meetings, and take responsibility for catering and logistics
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks such as managing invoices and processing expense reports
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience as an executive/personal assistant
- Computer-literate - strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office package
- A valid driving licence
What you'll get in return

- A salary between £30,000 -£35,000
