The Opportunity
Are you looking for a stable, professional role where your organisational skills are actually valued? We are looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Administrator to join a well-established firm in Hinckley. This isn't just a "data entry" job. You will be the backbone of a busy professional team, ensuring the highest standards of service for a diverse client base.
The Role
This is a varied position that requires a "safe pair of hands." You’ll be responsible for:
- Client Liaison: Being the professional face and voice of the firm, handling enquiries from clients with a high-level service approach.
- Document Management: Preparing and formatting professional reports, letters, and financial documents with 100% accuracy.
- Practice Support: Managing the end-to-end administrative lifecycle, from onboarding new clients to maintaining complex filing systems.
- Deadline Mastery: Assisting the team in meeting statutory deadlines.
What You’ll Need
- The Right Background: You’ll ideally have experience within a Legal Firm, Accountancy Practice, or a similar Professional Services environment. You understand the need for discretion and "right-first-time" accuracy.
- Technical Polish: Excellent MS Office skills (specifically Word and Excel) and a quick learner when it comes to specialist internal systems.
- The "Pro" Factor: You are methodical, calm under pressure, and take pride in the quality of your work.
Why Apply?
- True 9-5: Rare in today's world—no weekend work and no "taking the office home" with you.
- Professional Environment: Work in a sleek, quiet, modern and structured office where you are treated as a professional whilst engaging with a fun and bubbly team.
- Local Hub: Based in the heart of Hinckley, perfect for a local candidate looking to cut down on a long commute.
