Office / Warehouse Administrator

Location: Ringwood Job Type: Full-time (37.5 hours) - Maternity cover with a high possibility of going permanent

✨ About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Office & Warehouse Administrator to join our team. This is a varied and rewarding role that blends office administration (75%) with hands-on warehouse coordination (25%), making it ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced, multi-functional environment and not being sat behind a desk all the time - you will need to be happy to help when needed in the warehouse.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring the smooth running of daily operations—supporting both office processes and warehouse activities, while helping deliver excellent service to our customers.

About Us
We are a farmer-focused organisation supplying essential agricultural inputs to customers across England, Wales, and Scotland. By combining strong purchasing power with efficient operations, we’re able to offer excellent value on both well-known brands and our own product ranges.
Our focus is simple: delivering high-quality products at competitive prices. Each year, we support thousands of customers—from the South West to Scotland—with reliable access to essential farming supplies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and documentation
  • Coordinate warehouse operations, including stock control and inventory updates
  • Process orders, deliveries, and returns accurately and efficiently
  • Liaise with suppliers, couriers, and internal teams
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure systems are kept up to date
  • Support health & safety and compliance procedures
  • Assist with scheduling, reporting, and general office support
  • Speaking with customers who come to collect prescriptions / orders and supplies
About You

  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and administrative systems
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and manage a varied workload
  • Experience in administration, logistics, or warehouse environments (preferred but not essential)
  • A positive, proactive, and reliable approach

What We Offer

  • Friendly and supportive working environment
  • Opportunities for development and progression
  • A varied role where no two days are the same
  • £27,000 - £28,000
  • 33 days annual leave
  • Parking
