Are you a passionate and qualified nursery practitioner looking for a rewarding full-time role in early year's education? Hays Education is working with a well-established private day nursery in the Finchfield area of Wolverhampton to recruit a dedicated Level 3 Practitioner.

This private day nursery is part of a trusted national group known for its commitment to child-centred care and learning. The setting offers a warm, inclusive atmosphere with purpose-built rooms, outdoor play areas, and a strong focus on staff development and wellbeing. The team is passionate about creating a safe and stimulating environment where every child is valued.

This is a full-time position supporting children aged 0–5 years, with a particular focus on the 0–1 age group. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and education in line with the EYFS framework, including personal care routines, planning engaging activities, and fostering a nurturing environment where children can thrive.

What you'll need to succeed

• Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education
• Experience working with children aged 0–5
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Ability to provide personal care and support developmental milestones
• A caring, patient, and proactive approach to working with young children
