Location: Waltham Forest
Salary: £28,000 – £29,000 per annum (depending on experience)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time

About the Role
Hays Education is delighted to be working with a welcoming day nursery in Waltham Forest who are seeking a confident and proactive Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced practitioner who is passionate about early years education and committed to providing outstanding care and learning experiences for young children.
Key Responsibilities
•Deliver high-quality care and education in line with EYFS standards.
•Plan and implement engaging activities that support children’s learning and development.
•Work collaboratively with colleagues to maintain a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment.
•Build strong relationships with parents and carers, ensuring effective communication and partnership.
•Uphold safeguarding, health, and safety policies at all times.
What We’re Looking For
•Must have a Level 3 qualification in Childcare/Early Years (or equivalent).
•Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
•A confident, proactive approach with excellent communication skills.
•Strong knowledge of EYFS and child development.
•Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
