Your New Role:
- Record and report pupils’ progress to the teacher.
- Establish a warm, caring, and supportive relationship with pupils to help them feel safe and enjoy their time at school.
- Demonstrate the ability to work collaboratively within a multi-professional team.
- Contribute to providing high-quality, challenging, and differentiated educational activities and experiences, supporting the teaching of a broad and balanced curriculum aimed at helping pupils achieve their full potential in all areas of learning.
- Adapt to the varying and changing needs of the school to ensure its smooth running. Promote pupils’ cognitive, social, emotional, behavioural, physical development, and spiritual well-being.
- Provide a safe learning environment for pupils.
What You Will Need to Succeed:
- Good behaviour management and organisational skills.
- Level 3 qualification in education.
- A DBS on the update service or willingness to apply for one through Hays.
- The right to work in the UK.
