Join Our Nursery Team in Sunderland!
We’re looking for a passionate and experienced Room Leader to lead our baby room or 2’s provision. This is a full-time maternity cover role, perfect for someone who loves creating a safe, stimulating environment for young children.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and inspire a team in the baby room or 2’s provision.
- Plan and deliver engaging activities following the EYFS framework.
- Ensure high standards of care, safety, and learning.
- Build strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
What We’re Looking For:
- Level 3 Early Years qualification (essential).
- Experience working in a nursery setting, ideally with babies or 2-year-olds.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Commitment to safeguarding and child development.
