Your new role

• Plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality teaching aligned with the EYFS framework.
• Create a vibrant, safe, and stimulating environment that nurtures children’s early development.
• Build strong, positive relationships with pupils, families, and wider agencies.
• Track progress, maintain accurate EYFS records, and contribute to team planning and moderation.
• Uphold school safeguarding policies and promote emotional wellbeing at all times.

What you'll need to succeed

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
• Experience working in Early Years, ideally within Reception.
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum and early learning pedagogy.
• A warm, engaging teaching approach with excellent communication skills.
• A genuine passion for supporting early childhood development.
