Nursery Practitioner Level 3 job in Crawley - Full Time

Location: Crawley
Position: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Salary: £26,000 – £28,912 per annum
Start Date: Immediate or negotiable

Your new role

  • Delivering high-quality care and education for children aged 0–5
  • Supporting the nursery’s curriculum intent and aspirations
  • Creating a nurturing, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Leading your room team with confidence and professionalism
  • Building strong relationships with children, families, and colleagues
  • Ensuring compliance with EYFS, safeguarding, and SEN legislation

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum Level 2 qualification in Early Years Childcare (Level 3 preferred)
  • Previous experience in an Early Years setting, ideally as a room leader
  • Sound understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and SEN frameworks
  • Flexible, proactive, and willing to take on varied responsibilities
  • Excellent communication and team-building skills
