We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioner to join a thriving primary school in the Southam area. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a supportive team, providing high-quality care and education for children in the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Your new role

• Deliver engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for all children
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and parents to support each child’s development
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to planning and assessment

What you'll need to succeed

• Level 3 Early Years qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of the EYFS curriculum
• Recent experience in childcare or school settings
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• A genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
