Salary: £18,850.95 (Associate 3 – Actual Salary)
Contract Type: Permanent

About the Role
This primary school in Croydon is expanding its Nursery provision and is seeking two caring, enthusiastic, and committed Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join its growing Early Years team. Your Opportunity:
•Support the learning and development of children in the Nursery
•Deliver engaging, play-based learning aligned with EYFS
•Observe and assess children’s progress
•Maintain a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment
•Build strong relationships with families and external professionals
What We’re Looking For:
•Full and relevant Level 3 childcare qualification
•GCSE Grade C/4 or above in Maths and English
•Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
•Knowledge of child development and safeguarding procedures
•Awareness of health and safety in a nursery setting
•Excellent communication and teamwork skills
•Legal right to work in the UK (Visa sponsorship is not available)
