Disrepair Case Worker sought by leading housing association for an 18-month contract

Your new role
In this role, you will manage an active caseload of housing disrepair cases from start to finish. You’ll draft statements, interlocutory applications, and prepare documents for court files, as well as liaising with colleagues, clients, opponent solicitors and counsel. You will represent the organisation in court and tribunal hearings as required and support the Legal Services team in ensuring compliance with legislation and implementing appropriate controls. You will also maintain up-to-date knowledge of housing law, regulations, and company policies is essential, as is collaborating with internal teams to provide clear, timely advice to customers.

What you'll need to succeed
Degree-level education or equivalent relevant experience.
Demonstrable experience working with housing disrepair cases.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Excellent communication skills and professional engagement with colleagues, tenants, and external stakeholders.
High levels of IT literacy and adaptability to digital tools.
