Work with students aged 11–16, supporting teachers with:
- Behaviour management
- Creating a calm, positive learning environment
- 1:1 support for students who need extra guidance
- Building trust and confidence with young people Your presence, patience and communication skills matter more than school experience.
Cover Supervisor
Step into the classroom and keep learning on track by:
- Delivering pre‑planned lessons in the teacher’s absence
- Managing behaviour and keeping students focused
- Leading the class with confidence — no subject expertise needed!
