A new opportunity for an experienced Building Management Systems Engineer has become available with our team in Edinburgh!

• You will provide an exceptional level of commitment and professionalism in delivering value-enhancing BMS PPM activities to a portfolio of clients.
• Identify and deliver opportunities for improvements and essential remedial works that will increase the performance of the BMS for both our end clients and internal teams.
• Carry out surveys, proposals and quoting of small / remedial works as required.
• Support the wider BMS Operations teams with ad hoc Reactive Callouts.
• Seek opportunities to gain greater experience of Tridium, Trend and Distech through small project commissioning.

• Ideally, you will have knowledge and experience equal to the Trend Expert competency level and have the ability to confidently modify software and schematics for 963 & IQVision.
• Experience using Trend Controls and / or Tridium / Niagara.
• You will be confident in the use of SET and or an alternative Software Engineering Tool.
• Have a strong knowledge of two BMS solutions with the ability to design / modify software and schematics.
• Experience with integrating solutions / systems through a number of different protocols, including Modbus, MBus, Bacnet.
• Ideally, have a good knowledge of IT networks and IP Configuration
