We are recruiting a Multi‑Trade Joiner to work with a local authority housing service, carrying out reactive maintenance in occupied properties across Kettering and Corby. This is a full‑time temporary role with the possibility of becoming permanent for the right candidate.

Your new role

• Completing day‑to‑day joinery repairs in occupied homes
• Carrying out multi‑trade tasks where required (basic plumbing, tiling, patch plastering, etc.)
• Delivering high‑quality workmanship while maintaining excellent tenant communication
• Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with housing standards
• Managing workload effectively to meet response times

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a multi‑trade joiner
• Strong background in reactive maintenance
• Ability to work professionally in occupied properties
• Own van preferred, although a company van may be available
• Full UK driving licence

What you'll get in return

• Up to £26 per hour
• 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday
