• Perform high-quality painting and decorating across interior and exterior surfaces
• Carry out basic carpentry tasks such as fitting skirting boards, repairing doors, and assembling fixtures
• Conduct general snagging and maintenance duties on-site
• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with site managers and other tradespeople to complete tasks efficiently
• Maintain a clean and organised work area

• Valid CSCS card
• Proven experience in painting, decorating, and light carpentry
• Own tools and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently
• Good communication and time management skills
• Driving licence preferred but not essential
