This is a permanent, full-time and 100% remote position, assisting the Retail Group, Client Money Manager, and Assistant Manager, with all client money activities.

Your new role
This is a permanent, full-time and 100% remote position, assisting the Retail Group, Client Money Manager, and Assistant Manager, with all client money activities.
- Ensure continued group compliance with the FCA client money rules.
- Implement group client money policies and procedures across acquisitions.
- Manage query escalation to the Retail Group Client Money Manager or Assistant Manager.
- Maintenance of tracking systems and reports.
- Review of IBA accounting platforms with major involvement in any future migration/ implementation of new systems, working with business analysts on forthcoming process reviews.
- Attend regular review meetings and minute accordingly.
- Comply with internal procedures and external regulatory requirements and escalate issues to senior management.
- Ad hoc IBA service improvement projects where a benefit to clients/ divisions has been identified
- Working knowledge of FCA client money rules (CASS 5)
- Highly experienced at analysing large amounts of data
- Advanced excel skills
- Strong communication skills
- IBA experience
