Multi Trade Operatives Required – West Midlands
We are currently recruiting experienced Multi Trade Operatives on behalf of a large, reputable Housing Association based in the West Midlands.
Location:
West Midlands (various sites)
Contract:
- Initial 3-month contract
- Strong potential for extension or permanent opportunities
Pay Rate:
- Up to £27 per hour (depending on experience)
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
️ Role Overview:
You will be working within social housing properties, carrying out a range of maintenance and repair works in occupied homes, ensuring a high standard of workmanship and customer service at all times.
✅ Requirements:
- Proven experience working in social housing, particularly occupied properties
- Skilled in at least one core trade; Carpentry, Plumbing or Plastering
- Relevant qualifications such as: NVQ Level 2 or City & Guilds
- Ability to carry out multi-trade tasks effectively
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Own van preferred (essential for travel between properties)
