We are looking for an experienced Multi‑Skilled Plumber to join a busy team working on a busy Social Housing maintenance and repair contract. The successful candidate will carry out a variety of responsive repairs, planned maintenance, and small installation work across occupied and void properties, ensuring safe, compliant, and high‑quality service delivery to tenants.

Your new role

• Carry out all aspects of domestic plumbing repairs, including leaks, blockages, pipework alterations, and cylinder repairs.
• Undertake planned maintenance and reactive repairs across kitchens, bathrooms, and general water systems.
• Diagnose and repair issues within social housing properties while ensuring minimal disruption to tenants.
• Support with basic multi‑trade tasks where required (e.g., minor carpentry, tiling, making good).

What you'll need to succeed

• Proven experience as a Domestic Plumber, ideally within the social housing sector.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, hot/cold water supplies, heating distribution, and fault‑finding.
• Ability to complete high‑quality repairs independently.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
