Multiskilled Maintenance Operative

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key member of the maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for:

  • Carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties.
  • Applying your general building expertise to tasks such as brickwork, plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing or joinery.
  • Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently.
  • Working both independently and collaboratively with a friendly, skilled team.
  • Responding to both scheduled and reactive maintenance requests.

✅ What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience as a general builder or multiskilled tradesperson.
  • Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
  • Full UK driving licence (essential).
  • Relevant trade qualifications (desirable but not essential).
