What You’ll Be Doing
As a key member of the maintenance team, you’ll be responsible for:
- Carrying out a wide range of repairs and maintenance tasks across residential properties.
- Applying your general building expertise to tasks such as brickwork, plastering, tiling, and basic plumbing or joinery.
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard, safely and efficiently.
- Working both independently and collaboratively with a friendly, skilled team.
- Responding to both scheduled and reactive maintenance requests.

✅ What We’re Looking For:
- Proven experience as a general builder or multiskilled tradesperson.
- Strong knowledge of building maintenance and repair techniques.
- A proactive, can-do attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Full UK driving licence (essential).
- Relevant trade qualifications (desirable but not essential).
