We are currently seeking an experienced and versatile Multi-Skilled Operative to join an established Private Maintenance Company on a temporary basis, with the opportunity to become permanent following a successful period.
This role involves a wide variety of maintenance and repair work across multiple disciplines, requiring a flexible and adaptable individual who can work both independently and as part of a team.

Your new role
The ideal candidate will be a highly adaptable, self-motivated individual who thrives in a varied working environment. A proactive approach and the ability to confidently undertake multiple trades are essential for success in this role.
- Carry out a range of planned maintenance and responsive/reactive repairs
- Complete work across multiple trades, ensuring high standards of workmanship
- Diagnose faults and determine appropriate repair solutions
- Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with relevant regulations
- Maintain accurate records of work undertaken
- Travel to different job locations as required.
What you'll need to succeed
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 3 penalty points)
- Willingness to travel between job sites
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Preferable Qualification NVQ 3 Joinery
- CSR Card required.
- Basic Access NI check is required for this role.
