We are seeking an experienced Mobile Multi-Skilled Engineer to provide maintenance and repair services across multiple student accommodation sites. This is a mobile role requiring travel between properties, delivering both planned and reactive maintenance with a focus on basic electrical and plumbing tasks.

• Carry out multi-skilled maintenance, including basic electrical and plumbing repairs.
• Respond promptly to reactive maintenance requests.
• Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Diagnose and resolve faults efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with health and safety standards.

• Proven experience in multi-skilled maintenance (electrical and plumbing essential).
• Full UK driving licence (travel required).
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent in Electrical or Plumbing.
• Experience in student accommodation or residential maintenance.
