Our client are seeking an experienced and proactive Multi‑Skilled Engineer to join our facilities team on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for a versatile professional with strong technical knowledge and a hands‑on approach to maintenance, engineering, and building services.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation, safety, and reliability of all building systems across a high-profile corporate environment. This position suits someone who takes pride in delivering exceptional service and enjoys solving technical challenges.


Your new role

  • Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services.
  • Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and fabric-related issues.
  • Carry out compliance checks and keep accurate maintenance records.
  • Support the delivery of engineering projects, upgrades, and installations.
  • Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider facilities and client teams to maintain high operational standards.
  • Ensure all work is carried out safely, in line with industry regulations and company procedures.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience as a Multi‑Skilled Engineer within facilities management or a similar environment.
  • Strong competency in both mechanical and electrical disciplines (formal qualifications desirable).
  • Good working knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting, controls, and general fabric maintenance.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Willingness to support occasional out-of-hours work if required
