Your new role
- Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive maintenance across a range of building services.
- Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and fabric-related issues.
- Carry out compliance checks and keep accurate maintenance records.
- Support the delivery of engineering projects, upgrades, and installations.
- Respond promptly to breakdowns and service requests, ensuring minimal disruption.
- Work collaboratively with the wider facilities and client teams to maintain high operational standards.
- Ensure all work is carried out safely, in line with industry regulations and company procedures.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Multi‑Skilled Engineer within facilities management or a similar environment.
- Strong competency in both mechanical and electrical disciplines (formal qualifications desirable).
- Good working knowledge of building systems such as HVAC, plumbing, lighting, controls, and general fabric maintenance.
- Ability to prioritise workload and work independently.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
- Willingness to support occasional out-of-hours work if required
