Job Title: Occupational Health Professional
Location:Covent Garden, London
Type: Permanent, Part-Time (24 hours per week)
Salary: £37,000 - £40,000 per annum FTE, pro rata for 24 hours
Overview: We are expanding our in-house Occupational Health Service to enhance the safety and wellbeing of our staff. We seek a diligent and organized professional to support both our internal team and third-party providers, ensuring best practice in occupational health services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient, proactive support for health surveillance and mental health initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Occupational Health Lead to develop and implement a Mental Health Awareness program.
- Handle administrative tasks, including processing accounts, data entry, and maintaining files and databases.
Ideal Candidate:
- Relevant qualifications and experience as a Registered Nurse.
- Strong understanding of mental health issues and experience in delivering mental health services.
- Excellent communication skills, able to engage with staff at all levels.
- Proficient in administrative tasks, event scheduling, and documentation.
Desirable Experience:
- Previous experience in an occupational health role and health surveillance.
