Senior Registered Nurse, Pre-Assesment Needed - Harrow
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Registered Nurse – Pre-Assessment to join our dynamic healthcare team. This is a permanent, full-time position (37.5 hours per week) with a competitive salary of up to £42,650 per year, plus a range of excellent benefits.
As a Senior Registered Nurse in our Pre-Assessment Department, you will play a key role in ensuring high-quality patient care and supporting a collaborative, patient-focused environment. You’ll be responsible for maintaining clinical standards, promoting patient safety, and acting as an advocate for both patients and junior staff members. You will have the opportunity to lead clinical shifts and mentor others, helping to enhance team performance and care delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional, individualized patient care in line with operational policies and best practice.
Support the management of workloads and shifts to ensure the efficient running of the department.
Act as a role model, promoting a culture of safeguarding and patient advocacy.
Deputise for the Sister/Charge Nurse when required.
Requirements:
Registered General Nurse (Level 1) with NMC registration.
Minimum 18 months post-registration experience.
Mentorship qualification (ENB 998 or equivalent).
Strong clinical knowledge and commitment to evidence-based practice.
Proficient in PC and healthcare software.
