We have an opportunity to support a team of technicians based at a large facility near Thetford. This well-known business is expanding its team and has a requirement for an experienced mechanic to support for a temporary period for several weeks, potentially longer.

Your new role

You will join a busy team working from a large depot near Thetford forest, servicing vehicles and agricultural equipment, including quad bikes, mowers, strimmers, saws and some vehicles, depending on your level of qualification. This is a varied and interesting role covering a large range of specialist equipment, strong mechanical skills are essential and may require some welding ability.

What you'll need to succeed

Ideally, you will be a trained vehicle technician with experience of cars, vans and repairing equipment, including petrol tools, strimmers, saws and more. You will be a problem solver, well-organised and a good communicator as you will provide a service for the larger business to keep vehicles and tools operational and in good working order.

What you'll get in return

Working Monday to Friday (37.5 hours per week) paid weekly, holiday pay accrual and free parking, PPE will be provided.
