What You’ll Be Doing
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM): Schedule and complete tasks at your own discretion.
- Reactive Maintenance: Respond quickly to urgent issues—this role is heavy on reactives.
- System Repairs & Diagnostics: Ensure plumbing, heating, and ventilation systems operate efficiently.
- Compliance & Safety: Deliver work to the highest standards and meet all regulations.
