Your new role

We are seeking two dedicated and qualified Mathematics Teachers to join our team on an ongoing basis starting immediately. Both positions require confident delivery of the Maths curriculum across Key Stages 3 and 4. You will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing student progress, and contributing to departmental initiatives. Classroom management, differentiation, and a commitment to raising attainment are essential.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Teaching Mathematics to KS3 and KS4 students in line with national curriculum standards.
  • Planning, preparing, and delivering high-quality lessons that cater to a range of abilities.
  • Monitoring and assessing student progress, providing feedback and support where needed.
  • Contributing to departmental planning, meetings, and resource development.
  • Supporting students with exam preparation and coursework.
  • Maintaining a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
  • Participating in school-wide activities and pastoral responsibilities as required.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a recognised teaching qualification.
  • Proven experience teaching Mathematics at KS3 and KS4.
  • Strong subject knowledge and a passion for inspiring students.
  • Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
  • Ability to differentiate effectively and support students with varying needs.
  • Immediate availability and flexibility to commit to an ongoing teaching role.
  • A proactive and professional approach to teaching and collaboration.
