Hays Education are proud to be supporting a thriving secondary school in Batley seeking an enthusiastic and committed Maths Teacher to join their team from September. This is a brilliant opportunity for a passionate educator who can bring numbers, problem‑solving and mathematical thinking to life for students across KS3 and KS4.
About the Role
- Delivering engaging, challenging and well‑structured Maths lessons across KS3 & KS4
- Inspiring students through creativity, clarity and a love of the subject
- Supporting learners of all abilities to build confidence and achieve strong outcomes
- Contributing to curriculum planning and wider departmental initiatives
- Creating a positive, inclusive and motivating classroom environment
⭐ What We’re Looking For
- UK‑qualified Maths Teacher (QTS or equivalent)
- Experience teaching KS3 & KS4 Maths in a school setting within the last 3 years
- Strong subject knowledge and a passion for mathematical learning
- A teacher who motivates through enthusiasm, clarity and high expectations
- A commitment to helping students grow academically, socially and personally
- Someone who believes every young person deserves the chance to thrive
