Your new role

As Marketing Manager, you will be the driving force behind the brand, marketing strategy, and sales support. This is not a traditional marketing role—it’s a dynamic, hands-on position that sits at the heart of the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and evolving the company’s brand across all platforms

  • Overseeing the CRM system and mapping client and prospect networks

  • Supporting the sales team with data, insights, and marketing materials

  • Conducting market research to identify new sectors and opportunities

  • Tracking and reporting on marketing and sales performance metrics

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within manufacturing or engineering

  • Background in an SME environment with a strong understanding of how small businesses operate

  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail—comfortable managing multiple projects

  • Data-driven mindset with a passion for facts, figures, and performance tracking

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to hold others to high standards

  • A collaborative approach and the confidence to work at the centre of a busy, technical team

What you'll get in return

  • Salary of £40,000-£55,000 depending on experience

  • Personal development fund for upskilling

  • Annual performance-based bonus

  • On-site parking

  • Hybrid/flexible options
