Your new role
You will lead a small team responsible for managing and optimising email marketing operations across multiple audiences, including retail and professional investors. Reporting to the Head of Digital Marketing, you will oversee the planning, execution, and analysis of email campaigns and automated journeys, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practice.

Key responsibilities include:
- Managing and developing a team of two email marketing specialists
- Designing and delivering campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Driving segmentation, governance, and data accuracy
- Implementing A/B testing and performance analysis to optimise ROI
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders and external agencies
- Staying ahead of industry trends and technology developments
What you’ll need to succeed
- Proven experience in email marketing and marketing automation within financial services
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations
- Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Ability to analyse campaign performance and implement improvements
- Good technical knowledge – HTML & CSS
