In this pivotal role, you will conduct a thorough review of the business to understand previous marketing efforts and identify areas to focus on in the short, medium, and long term. You will segment our customer base to better target marketing efforts and identify growth opportunities across geographies and target clients. Defining and developing a comprehensive marketing strategy will be key, as will building and implementing a marketing plan that includes both online and offline activities.
You will oversee the development and launch of a new company website, create and execute a social media strategy to build our online presence, and plan and manage participation in trade shows and other industry events. Additionally, you will conduct market and consumer research to identify new customer opportunities and develop engaging content for various marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising. Collaboration is crucial, and you will work with colleagues at all levels to deliver cohesive marketing campaigns.

Additionally, an understanding of digital marketing tools and platforms is highly desirable, as is experience in managing marketing campaigns from ideation to execution.

You will be working in a rural office which is an open plan, with a log burner and an office dog on the outskirts of Horncastle, alongside the rest of the Head Office team.
