Your new company is a Lloyd's registered broker, who specialise in offering binders, facilities, and reinsurance solutions to brokers, insurers, MGAs, and Lloyd's Cover holders globally. In your new role, you will manage and achieve sales targets in designated regions through sales, marketing and distribution efforts with their product providers. It is a field sales role. Therefore, you’ll be visiting and engaging with UK general insurance brokers face-to-face to contribute to overall divisional targets. You will be building strong relationships and ensuring the successful distribution of their products.

To succeed in this role, you must have a full driving licence with at least one year’s experience. Have the ability to drive business growth and meet sales targets. Effectively assess client needs to develop tailored solutions, while demonstrating confident sales and negotiation skills in both face-to-face and phone interactions.
