Digital Marketing Manager - £45,000 - £50,000 –North London Hybrid

To be considered, you will need a strong understanding and hands-on experience with marketing systems, websites, e-commerce platforms, and subscription-based models. You should also be confident in how these systems integrate, with a clear grasp of the end-to-end marketing and customer journey.

Your new role

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will drive growth across subscriptions, digital products and e-commerce channels in a fast-paced, data-led environment. This is a hands-on role combining strategy and execution, with ownership of the full customer life cycle from acquisition to retention and re-engagement. You’ll play a key role in optimising marketing performance, improving user journeys and increasing revenue. The role requires both creative and technical expertise, alongside a strong understanding of connected digital platforms.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Lead end-to-end delivery of integrated campaigns across key digital channels, aligned to growth targets
  • Enhance customer journeys across acquisition, onboarding, retention and reactivation to maximise lifetime value
  • Use performance data to refine targeting, segmentation and overall campaign effectiveness
  • Partner with product and tech teams to improve tracking, integrations and digital experience
  • Develop and optimise marketing automation to deliver scalable, personalised customer engagement

What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven experience in digital marketing within a subscription, publishing or eCommerce environment Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention and life cycle marketing strategies
  • 5 + years of experience in a Digital Marketing/Marketing role
  • Hands-on experience with CRM, marketing automation tools and campaign reporting platforms
  • Highly data-driven, with the ability to analyse performance and translate insights into action
  • Solid grasp of how websites, marketing systems and e-commerce/subscription platforms integrate to support the customer journey
