Hays is working with an esteemed membership organisation in Bedford to look for a driven campaigns marketing manager on a 3-month basis with the potential to go permanent based on their performance in this role.
Your new role
This organisation is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead the organisation's campaign. Initially offered as a 3-month contract with the potential to convert to a permanent position based on performance and organisational needs. This role focusses on delivering impactful results through strategic campaign management and stakeholder coordination, with the opportunity to shape long-term marketing initiatives beyond the initial campaign. In this role you will be:
- Develop and execute the comprehensive campaign strategy with the organisation's initiative, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and industry needs
- Lead and coordinate activities between the internal marketing team and external partners, maintaining clear communication channels and workflow processes
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare regular progress reports, and make data-driven adjustments to optimise campaign effectiveness.
- Manage campaign budget and resources efficiently while maintaining high-quality deliverables
- Create and maintain a detailed campaign timeline with clear milestones and deliverables
- Coordinate multichannel marketing activities including digital, print, and event-based initiatives
- Act as the primary point of contact for all campaign-related queries and decisions
- Develop long-term strategic recommendations for future campaigns and marketing initiatives
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience (5+ years) in marketing campaign management, preferably within professional associations or the beauty industry
- Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deadlines
- Excellence in stakeholder management and communication at all levels
- Experience of working with PR agencies and managing external partnerships
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously while maintaining strong team collaboration
- Strong analytical skills for campaign performance measurement and optimisation
- Budget management experience
- Experience in a membership organisation
