Your new role

As the Performance Marketing Manager, you’ll take ownership of their digital growth engine & drive customer acquisitions across their key brands. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for revenue performance across paid media, search, CRO, & email marketing.

You’ll work closely with the Head of Marketing & oversee channel specialists, ensuring performance marketing is a core driver of the company’s commercial strategy.

What you’ll need to succeed

• You’ll be an experienced Performance Marketing professional with a track record of delivering across PPC, paid social, SEO, GEO, CRO, email marketing etc.

• Have a strong background in eCommerce – ideally for D2C finance products or at a company that sells high-volume products at scale

• A successful track record of directly managing multi-million £ paid media budgets (being hands-on rather than overseeing a team or external agencies)

• Be up-to-date with the latest trends impacting the online search landscape – both paid & organic

• Experience line managing channel specialists would be helpful
