Your new company

I am working with a company that offers exceptional workspaces in London’s most prestigious locations. They have been around for over 20 years, focussing on iconic addresses, elegant architecture, and unmatched service.

Your new role

As Marketing Manager, you will report to the Head of Marketing and will work closely with the Development Directors to align marketing initiatives with business goals. This is a hands-on, strategic role that requires creativity, strong project management skills, and a results-driven mindset. You will be managing 2 marketing / events executives and will have full autonomy to bring creativity into this position. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement marketing strategies in collaboration with external marketing and communications agencies.
  • Content Creation: Ensure all marketing content is engaging, effective, and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Campaign Development: Generate creative campaign ideas for real estate assets and oversee their execution.
  • Project Management: Work with agencies to drive project priorities and timelines, proof and refine marketing materials, and ensure deliverables meet expectations.
  • Design & Editing: Make final edits to marketing materials using InDesign or Illustrator when needed.
  • Website Management: Monitor and update the company website via our CMS.
  • Problem-Solving: Address urgent concerns or feedback on marketing materials quickly and efficiently.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience: 3–5 years in marketing, ideally within the B2B property or real estate space.
  • Campaign Management: A proven track record of running successful, creative campaigns.
  • Creativity & Drive: A self-starter who brings ideas to the table and gets things done.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Adobe PDF) is a strong advantage.
