Your new role

I'm looking for a dynamic Marketing Manager to join a fast-paced marketing team, working closely with the Senior Leadership Teams and impact their public sector marketing strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for public sector divisions.
  • Plan and organise multi-channel marketing campaigns.
  • Lead the Marketing Public Sector team and support advisors.
  • Ensure consistency across all marketing materials.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage website content and track digital marketing performance.
  • Oversee the Public Sector marketing budget.
  • Mentor and develop team members.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Business, or equivalent.
  • Proven marketing experience with strategic planning, market research, branding, communications, projects, events, and client care.
  • Commercial mindset with budget management skills.
  • Ability to manage and support the professional development of a Senior Marketing Executive.
  • Excellent IT skills, including website development, social media expertise, and design software proficiency.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent organisation and project management skills.
  • Commitment to the firm’s values.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with varying deadlines.
